awesome day, not.?

Well, i spent most of my day idling around today. Actually going to Cheryl's bdae party or whatever, but i didn't really wanna go. Instead i went out with xel BROTHER instead. Fun i must admit, however feeling a bit guilty, not that i have did things behind brandon secretly, just that i went out w guys alone and didn't tell him. Sighed oh well, i must admit it's fun hanging out w him :/ BUT, i supposed it's because we hardly meet, so once met will have lots of nonsense t share =)

Saw this in magazine '8 Days', a page talking about food. I thought it was some kind of food webs, but the picture depicts nothing but disgusting/disturbing pictures. It's actually a website to make you lose appetite for the most 30mins+, to not make you eat so much. haha!
So.... i was curious and went t the website.

Actually to me, it's nothing much. I actually went through all the levels and it's nothing much to me o.o
So they actually tell me this:

If the method doesn't work: simple tips to reduce appetite.


  • Drink six to eight glasses of water a day. The human needs far more water than we actually get, and that we unknowingly mistake hunger for thirst.
  • Drink a glass of water before every meal. Water is an ideal filler material in your stomach and gives you a sense of "I am full" - which in turn decreases your appetite.
  • Exercise more and eat immediately after exercising. Exercising stimulates the release of certain appetite-suppressing hormones and reduces the feeling of hunger.
  • Eat a number of small meals instead of few large meals. Large meals will raise your energy levels quickly, but that rise in the energy level is followed by a big drop soon after which induces more hunger and can lead to binge eating during the subsequent meals.
  • Eat slowly. The reason is that it takes about 20 minutes for our brains to register that we're full. If we eat slowly, we have time to realize we're full, and stop on time.
  • Choose foods with lower calories per volume. If we eat large volumes of given food (even if it is very low in calories), we tend to eat less during the next meal.
  • Remove food from your sight. You don't have the appetite as such, but when you see something you can gobble down without much efforts, you start to have a feeling that you are hungry. Out of sight, out of mind, out of mouth.
  • Don't starve yourself. Nothing increases hunger/appetite more than starving for an extended period of time.
